Timer List
The timer list - also known as the home screen - is where you will create, organize and run your timers.
Create a Timer or Folder
A new timer or folder can be created by tapping on the +
button in the navigation bar. This will reveal the editor picker.
The List
The list contains rows of timers and folders. All of which can be edited by tapping the pencil icon to the right of the row.
Tapping a timer row will take you to that timer, while tapping on a folder will take you to another timer list.
Row Actions
Swiping left across a row will reveal additional actions.

There is sometimes an issue with the paste function where it will not appear. This can be resolved by terminating the app and relaunching it.
Exporting Timers
While in organize mode you get the option to export your timers. This can be useful to send them to someone else or simply as a means of backup.
Tapping Export
will give you the option to export your timers via Mail or AirDrop (if another device is in close proximity). There is also a Copy
export setting which will copy the timer code to the devices pasteboard allowing you to paste it somewhere else and see how Seconds Pro timers are constructed. The brave may even attempt editing this code directly. Please note: this is not supported and help will not be provided if it doesn't work for you.
