Apple

App Downloads

You can find your Purchase History on your Apple device by using the following steps:

1. Open the App Store app
2. Tap on your Apple ID icon
3. Tap on your Apple ID details
4. Scroll down and select Purchase History
5. Select the date range for when you made the purchase.

In-App Purchases

To view your in-app purchase history is slightly different and requires the following:

1. Open the Settings app
2. Select iTunes & App Store
3. Tap you Apple ID at the top
4. Select View Apple ID from the alert
5. Scroll down and select Purchase History.
6. Tap Date Range and select the when you bought the app.

Google

Using the Google Play app

1. On your mobile device, open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap Menu (≡) > Account.
3. Tap Purchase history.

Using pay.google.com

If you need an order number you will need to use the following method instead.

1. Go to pay.google.com.
2. Find Other purchase activity.
3. Select View purchases.
4. Select an order to see your receipt.
